Frequently asked questions

Before we start.

How does the first meeting work?

It is an analysis meeting, in person or by video call: together we examine the company's situation, its numbers and priorities. Afterwards you will receive a clear proposal for action, with a detailed quote.

Do you also handle tax matters?

Yes. We can take care of tax advisory and compliance directly, or work in coordination with the professional who already assists you: the goal is consistent administrative, tax and financial management.

What are the adequate structures under Article 2086?

Article 2086 of the Italian Civil Code requires business owners operating as companies to adopt organisational, administrative and accounting structures that are adequate to the nature and size of the business, including to detect a crisis in good time. We assess the existing ones and design the necessary actions.

Do you only work with companies in Milan?

No. Milan is our registered office, but we work with companies throughout Italy, combining on-site meetings at the client's premises with remote sessions.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope: we offer both fixed-fee projects and ongoing support for a monthly fee. After the first meeting you will receive a detailed written proposal.

How soon will we see the first results?

Right after the diagnosis phase, usually within a few weeks, you will have a clear picture of the situation and the priorities to act on.
